About Final Row Studio
Located in the heart of New York’s Garment District at 327 W 36th Street, Final Row Studio has been developing and producing garments for designers and brands for over 30 years.
Today, Final Row is led by a new generation.
Now operated by second-generation ownership, we are carrying forward more than three decades of New York garment-making experience while building a studio around the needs of today’s independent designers and growing brands.
Our philosophy is simple: preserve the craftsmanship, improve the experience.
Our New York studio handles pattern making, sample development, and small-batch production with an experienced in-house team specializing in pattern making, cutting, and sample making.
At the same time, the new generation of Final Row brings a greater focus on clear communication, responsiveness, transparent pricing, and practical guidance throughout the development process.
Made in New York. Built to Scale.
For brands that want to keep development and production local, we can handle both sampling and small-batch production directly through our New York studio.
When a brand is ready for larger quantities, we can also manage bulk production in South Korea, providing an additional production option without requiring the client to manage an overseas factory on their own.
Development, specifications, production communication, and quality control remain coordinated through Final Row, providing one consistent point of contact from New York through final production.
Specialized categories such as knitwear can also be produced through our established overseas production capabilities.
Full-Package Production
For clients looking for a complete solution, Final Row can manage much more than sewing.
Depending on the project, our full-package service can include fabric and trim sourcing, pattern and sample development, labels, hangtags, production, quality control, packaging, and final preparation for sale.
Whether a client needs a single development sample, a small New York production run, or a larger production program, our goal is to build the right process for the project rather than force every brand into the same manufacturing model.
Transparency Matters
We openly publish our starting sampling prices and minimum order quantities so clients can understand the basic requirements before beginning a project.
We also do not believe in saying yes to everything.
Every project is evaluated based on its construction, materials, quantity, timeline, and production requirements. If something is outside our capabilities, we say so. If we take on a project, we are clear about what we can deliver.
For us, transparency, communication, and accountability are just as important as craftsmanship.
Over 30 years of New York garment-making experience, carried forward by the next generation.
