Sampling Process

1. Project Review
Tell us about your project through our contact form. We review the garment construction, materials, and timeline before we say yes.

2. Pattern Development
We develop or refine your pattern with precise measurements and construction details.

3. First Sample
Your sample is cut and sewn in our New York studio, typically within 1–3 weeks.

4. Fitting and Revisions
We fit, adjust, and refine until the sample is right.

5. Approval and Production
Once approved, your sample becomes the blueprint for production — including small-batch runs of 40 pieces per style.

What to Prepare

A tech pack (your garment's blueprint), sketches, or a reference garment. You can supply your own fabric or have Final Row handle sourcing.

Why Final Row

We don’t stop at the sample room. For small-batch, multi-style production, we recommend making it in the same New York studio where your sample was developed — one team from first pattern to finished garments. Larger bulk runs are cared for through various production routes, and if you’d like it produced overseas at a lower cost, we help make that happen.
