2. Sampling & Pattern Making

Turnaround Time: 1–2 weeks

How to Start: Share with us any sketches, reference pictures, and/or physical samples to help us develop the design and provide an accurate quote.

We create physical paper patterns and produce the first sample based on the materials and specifications provided.

Pattern Making: Pattern fees are generally slightly lower than sample fees.

※ If requested, we can also provide digitized pattern files for production use at an additional cost.

Production Requirements

Clients have two options for production materials:

  • Option 1: Client-Provided Materials
You may supply all fabrics, trims, and labels to our studio before production begins. This can help reduce production lead time and overall costs.
  • Option 2: Use Our Sourcing Service
If you prefer, we can source the materials on your behalf. A one-time sourcing service fee of $150 will be charged, with material costs billed separately.
We will provide the same or the most similar fabric and trims used during sample making, at the best price available.

※ Regardless of the option chosen, all materials must be finalized and approved before starting production.

5. Full Production Process Overview

  1. Production Initiation: Once all materials and approvals are finalized, production will commence.
  2. Size Grading (if needed): Size grading can be arranged through our partnered professional grading company. (※ Extra charges will apply.)
  3. Fabric Cutting: Accurate cutting based on finalized graded patterns.
  4. In-Process Inspections: Each major step (cutting, sewing, trimming) undergoes inspection to ensure consistency and quality.
  5. Quantity Check: Verification of total units produced against the approved production order.
  6. Final Quality Control: Comprehensive inspection of finishing details, measurements, fabric conditions, and overall workmanship.
  7. Packaging: Products are packed according to the client's specifications (poly bag, hangtags, stickers, etc.).
  8. Shipping or Pick-up: Completed products are either shipped to the designated address or made available for client pick-up.
