What are your strongest categories?
We specialize in all categories of men's, women's, and kids' ready-to-wear, except haute couture-level dresses.

Do you offer full-package service?
Yes, we provide a full-package production service including fabric sourcing, grading, cutting, sewing, labeling, polybag packing, and shipping.

Is everything included in the unit price?
Yes. Our full-package pricing includes labels, polybags, hangtags, and more — ready for sale.

What does the cost cover — QA, labeling, ironing, packaging, shipping?
Our full-package includes fabric, trims, labels, tags, polybags, and basic QA. Shipping is by UPS Ground. Marking and grading typically take 2–3 days.

Do you offer printing or embroidery?
While we do not have in-house machinery, we partner with trusted local companies for these services.

Can I visit your factory?
Yes, visits are welcome by appointment. If you are unavailable, we can arrange a Zoom meeting.

Is manufacturing handled locally?
Yes. We operate directly from the Garment District in New York City — proudly "Made in New York."


Sourcing

Do you offer fabric sourcing?
Yes, fabric sourcing is available for a $150 service fee. However, we recommend clients provide materials to save time and budget.

Do you source natural fabrics and trims?
Yes. We can source cotton, modal, hemp, bamboo, linen, elastics, hooks, rings, and sliders. (Service fee: $150 + material cost invoiced separately.)

How long does sourcing take, and where do you source from?
Sourcing usually takes 2–3 weeks. We order from suppliers in Europe, the U.S., and Asia based on your selections.

How long does it take to produce labels and start production?
Sampling typically takes 3 weeks. Production starts within 4 weeks once all materials are received. We work with a trusted factory used by RL.

We require natural fabrics (90%+ natural, 150–300gsm). How do we place a swatch order?
Send us a sample garment. We will source similar options, send swatches, and you can select. (Service fee: $150)


Sample

What is your average sample lead time?
About 2 weeks after receiving fabric and trims (including pattern-making).

What is your sample fee?
Sample costs vary based on design complexity. Please share sketches or references for an accurate quote. (Click here for basic info)

How long for a pre-production sample?
Approximately 2 weeks, including pattern development. (Pattern cost is separate; ownership belongs to you.)

If I have a pattern and need slight adjustments, how long for sampling?
Adjustments usually take less than 2 weeks if the base pattern is provided.

Do you work with emerging designers?
Absolutely. We welcome new designers. Please share sketches, references, or sample garments for design development and quoting.


Production

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
40 pieces per style/color. Pricing varies depending on quantity and complexity.

How long is the production lead time?
Usually 3–6 weeks after all materials (fabric, trims, labels, tags) are ready. If labels are pre-supplied, production can be expedited.

How is the unit price determined?
Unit pricing depends on pattern complexity, design details, and quantity. Final pricing is provided after pattern review.

Can you handle orders of 900–1500 pieces (2 designs, 3 colors)?
Yes, we can handle large orders and offer competitive pricing for bulk quantities.
