What are your strongest categories?
We do everything. men's, women's, and kids' RTW except Haute couture level of dress.

Do you offer full-package service?
Yes, we do offer a full package for production: fabric sourcing, grading, cutting, sewing, labels, polybag packing, and shipping.

This is all included in the unit price? (Full Package)
Since we are doing a full package for production, everything, such as labels, polybags, and hangtags, is all included.

What is covered in the cost—QA, labeling, ironing, packaging, shipping (plus shipping speed)? (Marking and Grading)
Our goal is the one-stop sampling and production for the clients' convenience. So, it will be a full package that contains fabric, trims, labels, tags, and polybags for the Ready to Sell. Shipping is UPS ground. Marking and grading mostly takes 2~3 days.

Do you have print or embroidery capabilities?
We don't have the machines in the house, but we are working with our partner companies.

How is the process for a factory visit?
Whenever you'd like to visit us, we can make the schedule for you. If you are not available, we can have a Zoom meeting.

Is your manufacturing in the USA or is it outsourced?
We are located in the Garment District in New York City, We can say "Made in New York".

 

SOURCING

Do you offer fabric sourcing?
Yes, this service fee is $150, but the best is you provide it because it saves time and budget, and you are the one who really knows what it has to be.

Do you cover sourcing or help in sourcing? (Natural fabric; cotton, modal, hemp, bamboo, and lenin./ Hook and eye closure, sliders, O-rings, elastic, fold over elastic)
Yes, we do. In fact, we prefer that clients provide us because it is faster and saves their budget. [Service fee: $150 + fabric & trim (we will invoice you)]

How long does sourcing usually take? And where do you source from?
If you can send us some sample fabric that you want, we will send you some swatches. After that, you let us know which is best for each style.
Then, we order fabrics from Europe, the US, and Asia. It depends on which one you choose. Then, we receive those fabrics for production.
This process should take 2-3 weeks.

How long do the labels take? And how long is the production lead time once we have all the materials?
Sampling: 3 weeks; Production: 4 weeks. I know it takes time, but the quality is guaranteed because it is the factory that RL has been using.

We are looking for natural fabrics with a minimum of 90% natural, between 150ish and 300ish weight, and any constructions that you have to view the options/quality. How can I place an order for swatches?
We prefer you send me some sample clothing, and I find similar or the same of those samples. Then, send you swatches that you can choose. This service fee is $150.

What is your average sample lead time?
From the time the fabric and trims are ready, it takes about 2 weeks (with a pattern).

What is your sample fee?
Unfortunately, I cannot give you the estimated cost before seeing your sketch or references. It depends on your category and its details. Please see the basic info CLICK HERE

How long is the lead time for the preproduction sample?
We have to make the pattern first and do sampling then. It normally takes about 2 weeks. [Pattern making will be charged, and the ownership of the pattern is you.]

I have the pattern ready for the main design; we would just need to adjust it for the second two strap designs. With that, sampling will take 2 weeks?
If you have your own pattern and just need some adjustment, it must be shorter than 2 weeks.

PRODUCTION

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
40 pieces per style/color, and the price depends on its QTY.

How long is the production lead time?
It depends on the detail and quantity. If the labels, such as Main, Size, and Care, are ready and provided, we can do it faster; otherwise, we will also do it for you as a full package. Mostly 3~6 weeks from the time the fabric, trims, labels, and tags are ready.

How much for the unit price?
We have to see your pattern first. If your work is complicated due to the details, the price will be a little higher due to the time it takes.

Unit Price for 2 designs, 3 colors. Black, White, Nude: 5 sizes; S, M, L,XL,XXL == 300-500 pieces per color, total of 900-1500 pieces
We can take that amount of units, and you will get some good price due to the quantity.
